Eve is a young girl who was cloned from Professor Tearju Lunatique. She was designed to become the ultimate soldier, having been injected with nanomachines that allow her to change her body's shape and composition at will. She was raised in isolation by Torneo Rudman -- an influential dealer in the underground weapons market -- to be an emotionless killing machine, resulting in Eve not only possessing the personality of a soap dish but being incredibly naive when it comes to the outside world. Sven Vollfied, seeing her as a normal girl who merely grew up a bit differently, rather than a weapon, rescued her from Torneo and taught her how to make her own choices and forge her own path. She enjoys reading books and absorbs their stories like a sponge, remembering them almost word-for-word.
